When I first discovered card making, I was immediately hooked and fascinated that with a few simple tools, like rubber stamps and an ink pad, something thoughtful and personal could be made entirely by hand! In 2007, I became an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator just for fun and began hosting a monthly card making group with friends. We would gather, recreate several cards I designed, catch up, laugh, and learn new techniques together. It quickly became about more than cards. It was about connection.

Before starting Elisca Cards, I spent more than twenty years supporting NASA and the International Space Station program, where I had the privilege of training astronauts, flight controllers, and other NASA team members. While my role included many responsibilities beyond instruction, teaching was always the part I loved most.
